R. Thomas Asch
Tom is Executive Vice President in charge of the commercial management and leasing division of Oak Leaf and oversees more than 700,000 square feet of commercial office and retail space. Tom is also Oak Leaf's Chief Financial Officer and has an extensive background in real estate management, development, investment and finance.

Over the past 20 plus years, he was held a variety of positions at several prestigious real estate firms such as Caldwell Companies (CFO), Transwestern Commercial Services and Senterra Real Estate Group.

He earned his bachelor's degree of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University.
