Paula A. Daugherty
As Property Supervisor, Paula brings 16 years of property management experience to the growing
Oak Leaf team. She joined our team in 2005 and worked previously for twelve years for a Denver based management
company. She has worked in the Houston, Dallas and New Orleans markets. Her background consists of all phases
of property management, including condominium conversions.
She has an active Texas Real Estate License and has been instrumental in several multifamily sales transactions
with our company. Paula carries the Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation through the Institute of
Real Estate Management and is currently enrolled in classes to complete her Certified Property Manager (CPM).
Her strengths include solid client relations, financial reporting, budget control, market analysis, on site
evaluations, due diligence and the development of strong onsite teams.
